One owner, 128k, awesome. The seller is asking $5000, that's cheaper than I expected. I'm not really in the market for one of these, but it's fun to look.

I'm not sure if it looks good in a weird way, or weird in a good way

i had one, loved hows it looks, and its quiet for highway
but there is zero aftermarket support for it, and the parts are expensive.
while the engine / drivetrain are ok, random engine sensors does go wrong every now and then. and will leave you on the side on the road if the sensor(s) go bad

I like these a lot. Have considered buying one as a comfortable 3rd car/highway cruiser

I always liked these. I test drove one back when they were new — drove like a luxury muscle car. Buy it!

Another big fan of these cars! The only thing that worries me is the lack of parts available for them. Parts availability is a HUGE thing for me. It also has a weird key design and the keys are over $300 to replace. Ouch!

That one's nice but I think yours looks better! If I went Gran Torino though I think I'd have to go with a '69 or '70

Other than that, was it fun to own? I'd love to get one someday as a toy

Well there is no 68-71 Gran Torino. Just Torino GT, Fairlane 500, and Fairlane Cobra.

that's pretty crazy, it makes the $32 I spent on MR2 keys seem like a steal
